MASS Controls LLC uses this page to explain what we collect when you write to us through masscontrols.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you send a project inquiry or an integrator application, we store the details you type: your name, company, email, phone number, and the project or experience information in the form. We keep that so we can reply and, if we work together, so we can follow the conversation. A copy of each inquiry is also emailed to sales@masscontrols.com.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to your request, to decide whether a project or a partnership is a fit, and to keep a record of that inquiry. We do not sell it. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are stored in a private database operated for MASS Controls. Access is limited to people at MASS who handle sales and project intake.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and to manage the relationship, and then we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
